I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of 4, my family and I moved to Germany, where we lived for over a year. During this time, and as I grew up happily playing with kids whose languages I could not understand (German, Portuguese, and even Japanese), we traveled throughout Europe and, at that very young age, I discovered one of my biggest passions: traveling.
I started reading when I was very young, and my mother is the one to blame for that. Ever since I can remember, she would read to me and ask me to read to her as well, and she was also the one who first took me to a library—one of those wonderful hidden caves where you can spend hours wandering and discovering amazing books, magazines, comics, and really cool stuff!
At the age of 8, I started taking English lessons, which years later would lead to my other big passion: languages. After I graduated school, I started studying Business Administration, but as soon as I found out that Literature and English merged in one great profession, I transferred to Translation School, and I got a degree in English/Spanish Literary Translation.
In 2011, I began my professional career as a translator, working for a subtitling company, translating scripts for movies and TV shows. Now, I am very excited at this amazing opportunity to work for Evolved Publishing.
In my free time, I study French and German, I enjoy going to the theatre, to the movies, spending time with my family and my friends (not to mention my lovely pets), swimming, and of course, reading.
I’m very much interested in hearing from you. You can find links to my social media sites at the above “Contact” tab.
